Cleeri | Terms of Service
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "User," "You," or "Your") and Cleeri ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing the use of the platform ("Platform") and the services offered therein. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Google OAuth Integration: To enhance your experience on our platform, we utilize Google OAuth (Open Authorization) for user authentication and access to certain features. By using our app, you agree to the terms and policies outlined by Google, as well as our own terms of service and privacy policy. Google OAuth may require you to sign in or link your Google account to our app for secure access. During this process, you may be prompted to grant our app permissions to access your Google account information, including your email address and basic profile information. Rest assured that we prioritize the security and privacy of your data, and we will only use the information obtained through Google OAuth in accordance with our privacy policy and to provide you with a seamless and personalized experience.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, You may not use the Platform.

Objectionable Content:
Cleeri is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment on the Platform. We do not tolerate the posting or sharing of objectionable, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content. This includes but is not limited to content that is sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates applicable laws or community standards. We reserve the right to monitor and moderate content on the Platform and, in our sole discretion, to take appropriate action, including the termination of user accounts, for any violation of this content policy. We encourage all users to report any content that they believe violates this policy, and we will investigate and take necessary actions promptly.

Platform Description
The Platform serves as a marketplace for holistic health products and services. Sellers ("Sellers") are permitted to list and offer their holistic health products and services ("Products") on the Platform for purchase by Users. Users may browse, view, and purchase Products offered by Sellers.

Seller Responsibilities
By listing Products on the Platform, Sellers represent and warrant that: a. All Products are accurately described and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. b. Sellers have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to offer and sell the Products. c. Product listings and content do not infringe upon any third-party rights. d. Products are of high quality and appropriate for holistic health purposes.

User Responsibilities Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Users shall not engage in any activities that are illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that violate the rights of others.

Payment and Transactions
a. Users may purchase Products listed on the Platform. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and Users may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by payment processors. b. Sellers may be subject to transaction fees or commissions based on successful sales as determined by the Company.

Intellectual Property
a. Sellers retain all rights to the intellectual property associated with their Products. By listing Products on the Platform, Sellers grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the Products solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. b. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on Platform content without proper authorization.

Termination
a. This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. b. Upon termination, Users must cease all use of the Platform, and any outstanding obligations, such as pending transactions, must be fulfilled.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. b. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform.

Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to User's use of the Platform, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
By accessing or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, You may not use the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.

By using the Platform, You agree to abide by the terms of this EULA.
