Hi, I'm Leticia Oliveira. I have dedicated my life to becoming an expert in Holistic Wellness of the mind & body. As a Board Certified Hypnotist & Wellness Coach, I have developed an unique approach in helping my clients overcome severe medical conditions, mental health challenges such as addictions, fears, and phobias, past traumas, excessive stress, insomnia, low self-esteem, and sexual problems. I have expertise in nutritional and food coaching, weight loss, gut healing, food allergies, and nontoxic living. I'm driven by a profound desire to help you live a healthier and happier life in an Easy Way that works for you. My method focuses on uncovering and healing the root cause of your problems so that you can quickly achieve a great outcome, with significantly improved health and happiness. My advocacy is deeply personal, especially when it comes to helping people with severe health & well-being problems. For example, my daughter, Olivia, was born with severe allergies to tree-nuts and dairy, while I discovered my own food intolerances to gluten and dairy. Together, we embarked on a transformative journey to wellness, which involves significant changes in our diet, the addition of specific supplements, gut healing, and the full embrace of a healthy and holistic lifestyle. This journey not only freed us from the chains of our chronic symptoms, but it also ignited my mission to help others achieve the same. Whether you're at the beginning of your health journey or living with dietary restrictions or other physical or emotional conditions, my objective is to empower you with the tools to reclaim your health and well-being, guiding you towards living a better, more balanced, happier, and healthier life. Two other major life events brought me into the wellness field. In my mid-thirties, my personal physician discovered a lump on my neck and soon after told me I had thyroid cancer. I'm a survivor. Soon after this, my husband sustained a severe head injury at work and was no longer able to be my husband. My life changed greatly, and my mental health required change. I am a survivor.
